What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairsTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficientlyRespond to resident service requests and maintenance work ordersComplete apartment turns, inspections, and move-in preparationsMaintain community grounds, common areas, and building systemsParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requestsUpdate and track completed work orders using maintenance software
