About this role

Repair & Rework Operator We are seeking a Repair & Rework Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and reworking electronic products to ensure they meet quality standards. Candidates should have experience with soldering, assembly, and working with small components. Responsibilities

• Repair and rework electronic products and assemblies • Perform soldering and component replacement as needed • Troubleshoot defects and identify issues • Follow work instructions and technical documentation • Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met • Document repairs and testing results • Use hand tools and testing equipment safely Qualifications

• Previous soldering or electronic assembly experience • Ability to read work instructions and technical drawings • Experience working with small parts and quality inspections • Basic computer skills • Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or electronics production experience • Industry certifications related to assembly, soldering, or quality standards Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
