• Direct Hire Position • $18.00 - $22.00/hour based on experience • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM • Overtime available on Fridays and occasional half-days on Saturdays • Average 50-55 hours per week 🛠 What You'll Do
• Perform mechanical installations based on customer drawings and specifications. • Install and assemble hydraulic valves, cylinders, controls, and related components. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. • Complete basic 12V electrical wiring and connections. • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble high-quality equipment. • Ensure all installations meet customer requirements and quality standards. ✅ What We're Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of assembly or mechanical experience. • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. • Experience working with hand tools and power tools. • Mechanical aptitude with hydraulic assembly knowledge. • Basic understanding of electrical systems and 12V wiring. • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. • Must have your own basic hand tools. ⭐ Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
