Responsibilities
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment. • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery, tools, and systems. • Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. • Install and configure new equipment and systems. • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system reliability and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Essential Skills
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. • Experience with preventive maintenance and industrial equipment. • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics. • High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational or technical training preferred. • Proficiency in a Microsoft environment. • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment. • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes wearing steel toe boots, jeans, and a long sleeve or t-shirt, with all other safety equipment provided. The facility contains kilns and oven equipment for molding products, which can result in temperatures reaching 105+ degrees in the summer. The shop environment may be dirty and dusty at times. Employees take turns being on-call for a week, with pay at 1.5x and a 2-hour minimum for any on-call work. Shift times are flexible and can be adjusted as needed. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.See account page for detailed around benefits.
