Job Title: CleanerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in modular buildings and office spaces. You will be responsible for cleaning these units in the shop when they are not on site, ensuring a safe, sanitized, and orderly environment.Responsibilities
• Consistently ensure the yard, all rental assets, and office space maintain a safe, clean, sanitized, and orderly condition. • Perform mopping, vacuuming, and steam cleaning to disinfect floors. • Wash walls, windows, and glass surfaces regularly. • Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and other surfaces. • Remove garbage and other items as required. • Move items as needed. • Inspect the condition of fleet assets and notify management of any visible repairs needed. • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are met. • Load and unload trucks with forklifts. • Communicate with yard foreman and technicians. • Perform other duties as required. Essential Skills
• Reliable transportation. • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors. • Good communication skills. • Willingness to perform cleaning and janitorial duties. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
