This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working with tools, and being part of a team that produces a finished product from start to finish.No advanced experience required. We provide training for motivated and reliable candidates. What You'll Do
• Read tape measures and basic blueprints • Assemble and place rebar inside concrete forms • Use hand and power tools safely • Finish and inspect cured concrete products • Perform material handling and general labor duties • Work with team members to meet production goals • Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For
• Ability to read a tape measure • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Experience working with hand and power tools preferred • Good attendance and reliability • Construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Why Apply?
