• 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift Available Responsibilities
• Perform 3D operation and media operation of MJF printed parts according to job sheets and specifications. • Remove all excess powder and ensure parts meet finishing quality standards. • Compare parts to drawings and job sheets to verify features and requirements. • Visually inspect parts for defects and identify quality issues. • Monitor blasting equipment and maintain proper media levels. • Reject non-conforming parts and escalate concerns to the lead. • Support production operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • Load and unload parts into media machine, adhering to safety protocols and using provided PPE. Essential Skills
• Ability to read, understand, and execute work per detailed job instructions. • 1 year of production experience. • Ability to work with a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Machine operating or sand blasting experience is a plus. • Experience in manufacturing, production, finishing, or quality inspection. • Comfortable following work instructions and drawings. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLSBAD, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
