About the internship
We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our Group People & Culture team for a broad and hands‑on internship. This is a learning‑focused possibility offering exposure to several areas of HR and People & Culture in an international company.
You will actively support the team in day‑to‑day work and gain practical experience in how HR functions operate in practice.
You will assist the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams in areas such as:
👥People & Culture Operations
Office‑related and HR administrative tasks
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining HR documentation and employee records
Internal communication related tasks
💬Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Assisting with recruitment processes and interview scheduling
Supporting candidate communication
Helping with job ads and system updates
Supporting in employer branding activities
🎉Events and activities
Assisting in planning, coordinating, and organizing company events
Supporting internal People & Culture activities and initiatives
This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to HR, giving you insight into different areas of People & Culture and helping you explore possible future career paths.
This could be you
You are currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field and looking for an internship
You are curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
You are organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks
You enjoy working with people and supporting different stakeholders
You have good communication skills
English working proficiency is required
Finnish language skills are highly beneficial
Practical details
Start: As soon as possible, preferably in May/ early June
Duration: Approximately 6 months, until the end of the year, or adjusted based on your studies
Working hours: Flexible; full time or reduced hours in the autumn alongside studies are possible
Location: Helsinki or Salo
Work model: Hybrid, some days of the week you can work remotely and rest of the week together with the team in the office
There may be a good possibility to continue at Evondos after the internship, depending on business needs
