About this role

Evondos Denmark is looking for a structured and commercially minded Marketing and Communications Specialist to strengthen our local market presence and support commercial success in Denmark. You will execute targeted marketing and communication activities that support customer communication, sales opportunities, and tender processes—delivering sales-support and tender-ready content and keeping local materials and messaging up to date.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week)

Contract: Permanent

Reporting line: Country Manager Denmark

Collaboration: You will be part of the Danish team and work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Tender/Bid, in collaboration with our international marketing team and external marketing partners

Languages: Danish and English

This is the role - What you will do:

Marketing and communication

Draft and send customer communications such as release notes, service updates, and other customer-facing updates

Maintain Danish web content, product sheets, presentations, FAQs, and other local market materials

Ensure brand consistency by structuring brand vocabulary and supporting additional branding initiatives

Support campaigns and events through LinkedIn posts, emails, partner communication, and other local marketing activities

Support marketing presence at trade fairs and exhibitions.

General SoMe management through contributing to content creation for digital channels and marketing materials

Commercial and sales support

Support Sales, Tender, and Bid activities with relevant messaging, proof points, and materials for active opportunities

Help build Danish customer advocacy through references, customer stories, and case-based storytelling for commercial needs

Develop Danish proof points and evidence that support sales cycles and tender success

Collaboration and execution

Work closely with the Danish commercial team and regional marketing colleagues to execute focused, high-impact activities aligned with business priorities

Leverage existing regional assets, campaigns, and messaging effectively in the Danish market

Ensure marketing activities are relevant, measurable, and supportive of pipeline progression and commercial goals

This could be you

Experienced in marketing, communication, or commercial support—ideally in B2B, B2G, healthcare, medtech, or public sector-related environments

Strong writing and editing skills; able to produce clear, professional customer-facing and sales-support materials

Hands-on experience maintaining Danish local content (web, product sheets, presentations, FAQs) and keeping it current

Comfortable coordinating stakeholders for translations, approvals, and campaign activation—delivering on time

Understanding of how marketing supports active sales opportunities, tenders, and market growth

Structured and proactive approach to tasks

Thrive in cross-functional teams and collaborate well across local and regional functions

Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
