• 根据机械（子）系统设计方案，对机械组件进行详细设计，包括3D模型和2D图纸； Develop detailed designs for mechanical components based on system design specifications, including creating 3D models and 2D drawings; • 辅导其他机械工程师完成机械组件详细设计； Mentor junior mechanical engineers in detailed component design; • 承担或者协助测试工程师对机械组件进行设计验证，解决验证过程中出现的问题； Conduct or assist with the design validation of mechanical components, resolving issues identified during testing; • 承担产品的生产夹具设计及验证工作； Design and validate production fixtures for manufacturing; • 承担工作中的文档编制、知识整理以及专利开发工作； Prepare technical documentation, organize knowledge resources, and contribute to patent development; • 对产品客诉问题进行分析，提出针对措施； Analyze and address customer complaints related to product issues; • 进行机械组件成本评估和量产后的成本优化； Evaluate costs for mechanical components and optimize costs post-mass production; • 协助供应链对供应商进行选择，与供应商沟通解决或者优化机械组件相关的问题。 Support the supply chain in selecting suppliers, communicate with suppliers to resolve or optimize issues concerning mechanical components. 任职要求： Requirements:
• 熟悉ISO 13485、MDSAP等体系要求； Familiar with ISO 13485, MDSAP, and other quality management system requirements; • 熟悉质量7大手法和工具，英语可作为工作语言； Familiar with the seven key quality tools and methodologies, English can be used as a working language; • 较强的判断力、分析能力和表达能力； Strong judgment, analytical, and communication skills; • 5年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历。 At least 5 years of work experience, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
