We’re looking for like-minded people to join us! The Role: New fashion ecommerce brand launching in the US market. We're looking for a Ecommerce Growth Marketer with real experience scaling international DTC brands, to lead paid acquisition and drive growth from day one. This is not a corporate role, you'll have direct ownership over paid media strategy and budget, working closely with leadership to scale fast. What You'll Be Doing: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google (monthly budgets of 50k+), owning performance end-to-end from creative testing to bidding and reporting Scale campaigns internationally with a strong focus on the US and UK, testing new acquisition channels like TikTok Shop and creator/UGC partnerships Track and act on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate), reporting directly to leadership on growth strategy Work closely with creative and content teams on ad performance, and with customer support to ensure a strong post-purchase experience Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations (product uploads, page updates, CRO), coordinating with fulfillment/logistics partners and suppliers as needed Build and optimize workflows using AI tools (automation, reporting, content, support)
