The Role: As a Controller, your mission is to support the finance team in delivering accurate, reliable financial information that helps the business make better decisions. You'll get hands-on exposure to accounting, reporting and controlling, learning the ropes of how a fast-growing company manages its numbers. We're a results-driven company at heart, always measuring, testing and improving, and we expect finance to be part of that. What You'll Be Doing: Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing and reconciliations; Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership; Support month-end and year-end closings, checking and validating financial data; Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with accounting and legal deadlines; Keep financial data organised and up to date across Excel and our ERP; Support budgeting and forecasting exercises; Bring ideas to improve and automate finance processes using AI tools. What We're Looking For: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; 1–2 years of experience in accounting or controlling; Previous experience at a consultancy firm is a plus; Solid understanding of accounting principles; Comfortable working with Excel; Analytical mindset, with a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers; Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented; Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude; Strong interest in using AI tools and automation to work smarter; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus; Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
