About this role
The QMS Advocate is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). The role promotes compliance with quality standards, governance requirements, and operational processes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric excellence. The incumbent works closely with operational teams to ensure quality requirements are understood, embedded, and consistently applied across the business.
What will you do?
Quality Management System Administration Support the maintenance of the QMS framework, processes, policies, and procedures.Ensure quality documentation is reviewed, updated, and maintained in accordance with document control standards.Assist in monitoring adherence to established quality standards and operational guidelines.Promote awareness and understanding of QMS requirements across the organization.
Compliance and Audit Support Conduct routine quality and compliance reviews.Support internal and external audit activities.Assist with tracking audit findings, risks, non-conformances, and corrective action plans.Monitor action closure and escalation of overdue items.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and service improvement.Participate in root cause analyses and problem-solving initiatives.Support implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Assist in driving a culture of operational excellence and quality ownership.
Reporting and Analysis Compile and maintain quality reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.Analyse quality trends and identify recurring issues.Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and operational performance.Maintain accurate records of audits, reviews, and quality interventions.
Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards.Support quality awareness and training initiatives.Respond to quality-related queries and provide guidance where required.Participate in quality governance meetings and reviews.
