Someone who uses AI as a default part of how they work - and knows when to trust their own judgment.</div> What you'll own <ul><li>Drive strong, long-term relationships with our enterprise customers so that they see Prewave as a trusted, strategic partner</li><li>Guide customers through proactive check-ins so that they consistently reach their goals with Prewave</li><li>Run engaging customer activities - market trend updates, workshops, roundtables - so that customers get ongoing value beyond the platform itself</li><li>Build training and best-practice support so that users get the most out of Prewave day to day</li><li>Present Prewave's value clearly so that you spot and act on opportunities to grow accounts</li><li>Champion the customer voice by gathering and sharing feedback so that our product team can act on real customer insight</li><li>Keep multiple customer projects on track so that timelines stay clear and customer data stays clean and organized across tools</li></ul> What we are looking for You are the right fit if you:<ul><li>Have 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting or customer success</li><li>Have previously led complex projects for enterprise customers</li><li>Bring excellent organizational and project management skills, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously</li><li>Are tech-savvy and comfortable working across various technologies and online platforms</li><li>Are familiar with, or open to, working in a high-paced start-up environment</li><li>Hold a valid work permit for Austria</li><li>Are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Previous experience in a technical industry or environment</li><li>Previous experience or exposure to a supply chain environment</li><li>Previous experience in the procurement industry or environment</li></ul> What's our working style We're a resilient AI-native team building an AI-native resilience product - and we hire for both.
