Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: We need strong hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise and/or Splunk Cloud, with certification at architect or consultant level.We need experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.We need strong experience with data onboarding, parsing, and transformation.We need a good understanding of the Linux platform and infrastructure.We need experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.We need the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.We need experience working in enterprise-scale environments. Responsibilities: We will maintain our Splunk platform (Cloud / ITSI) to meet business and operational requirements.We will provide support for production issues, including incident, problem, and change management.We will optimize platform performance, data ingestion, and search efficiency.We will support platform upgrades, migrations, and onboarding activities.We will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and application teams to onboard workloads and improve observability.We will monitor and assess the performance of dashboards, reports, and use cases using tools and SPL.We will drive automation and simplification of operational processes.We will ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements.We will contribute to service improvement initiatives, including reliability, resilience, and cost optimization.We will optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to support critical applications and services.We may participate in an on-call / 24x7 support rota where required.
