Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements: We require relevant experience as a User Researcher.We require experience working directly with the Government Design System (GDS), or to GDS standards.We require experience working as part of an Agile Scrum team.We require the ability to advocate for users and support a user-centred design process with teams and stakeholders.We require a portfolio that demonstrates user journeys, personas, user research, prototyping, user testing, and user interface design.We require eligibility to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance, including 5 years of continuous UK address history at the point of application. Responsibilities: We lead the planning, recruiting, and conducting of user research sessions to support the design and development of digital client services and projects.We lead the research process from user recruitment briefs through to session delivery, analysis, report writing, and stakeholder playback.We align user research activities to influence and support decision-making.We collaborate with product owners and service managers to develop research strategies that generate focused insights.We convert concepts and emerging findings into high-quality stimulus material.We work closely with designers and developers to turn user data and insights into actionable requirements that support prototype development and influence product direction.We contribute as part of Agile delivery teams, progressing client issues while advocating for users.We work closely with our UX and Design team to share knowledge, learn new skills, and design transformational services.
