About this role

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements: Business analysis and requirements engineering experience, including workshops and 1:1 elicitationExperience producing artefacts such as problem statements, scope, assumptions, dependencies, user journeys/process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEnd-to-end delivery or onboarding ownership experience, including triage, prioritisation, milestone tracking, RAID management, and driving trade-offs across scope, timeline, and riskStrong stakeholder management and user-facing communication skills, including proactive updates, expectation management, and influence without authorityPractical Agile experience and familiarity with Agile ways of working and toolingStrong JIRA skills, including epics, stories, workflows, and reportingExperience using Confluence for playbooks, FAQs, templates, and decision logsExperience defining and tracking SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs, with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to identify bottlenecks and measure impact using operational metrics such as lead time, throughput, ageing, rework, and first-time-right Responsibilities: Own onboarding intake and act as the primary point of contact for onboarding and migration requestsHelp users understand our platform capabilities and guide them through onboardingRun structured discovery and capture requirements across use case, data, model type, environments, access needs, and non-functional requirementsCoordinate delivery across engineering, platform operations, product, governance, and users to progress onboarding and remove blockersManage BAU onboarding operations, including user sharing, demos, and progression of requests from intake to completionDefine, track, and communicate SLAs and status updatesContinuously improve onboarding assets such as templates, playbooks, FAQs, dashboards, and metrics to reduce cycle time and friction Technologies: ConfluenceSupportJIRANetworkAI More:
