Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.Strong hands-on experience with Java or similar stacks.Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.Product mindset focused on customer impact, not just technical implementation.Strong experience designing and optimizing relational databases.Commitment to best coding practices, continuous delivery, and code reviews.Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders.
