We are supporting the CESA Futures Programme, a major 2-year-plus initiative within the wider Tax Admin Modernisation Programme. We are modernising the existing CESA application by creating new capabilities or transferring functionality to other existing systems across the HMRC estate. The build phase will follow agile principles with multiple Scrum teams working in two-week sprint cycles. The role is based in Telford with two days onsite per week, is inside IR35, requires BPSS clearance, and is offered on a 6-month duration at a rate of £350–£390.
