Salary: £30,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment.Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.Expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT & Digital Operating Model Development, Process Design, Organisation Design, Service Integration, SIAM, Service Management.Experience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including business case development and approvals.Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.A solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.Ability to work on a hybrid basis and travel to client sites.
