Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: Proven consulting experience delivering projects focused on AI governance, responsible AI, AI risk management, model governance or emerging technology regulationStrong experience developing AI governance frameworks, policies, controls and operating modelsPractical knowledge of AI-related regulations, standards and guidance, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894 and OECD AI PrinciplesExperience conducting AI risk assessments, model governance reviews, algorithmic impact assessments or responsible AI evaluationsUnderstanding of AI lifecycle governance and the associated risks around development, deployment, monitoring, explainability and human oversightExperience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and an understanding of associated governance considerationsMust be eligible for security clearanceDesirable: experience implementing governance tooling, AI inventory solutions, model risk management platforms or GRC technologiesDesirable: background in data governance, privacy, cyber security, model risk management or technology riskDesirable: relevant certifications such as ISO 42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, IAPP AIGP, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or AWS/Azure AI certificationsDesirable: experience defining AI governance committees, policies, standards, controls and reporting frameworksDesirable: experience supporting AI governance programmes within highly regulated organisations Responsibilities: Support clients in designing, implementing and operationalising AI governance frameworksDevelop AI governance policies, controls, operating models and reporting frameworksAdvise clients on emerging AI regulations, standards and guidance, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 23894Conduct AI risk assessments, model governance reviews, algorithmic impact assessments and responsible AI evaluationsSupport AI lifecycle governance across model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, explainability, transparency, accountability and human oversightAdvise organisations on the governance implications of Generative AI, including data usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, bias and model riskFacilitate workshops, governance forums and risk assessments with senior client stakeholdersDevelop tailored AI governance approaches based on client business models, strategic objectives and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including AI specialists, data scientists, engineers, cyber security experts, risk professionals and regulatory specialists Technologies: AIAWSAzureSupportSecurityCloud More:
