Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements: We require 5 years of product management experience with a track record of launching data platforms or AI-enabled products.We require experience in B2B or B2B2C environments, ideally within Financial Services, Asset Management, or a similarly regulated industry.We require hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouses, such as Snowflake, as well as Feature Stores and MLOps concepts.We require the ability to perform data profiling and analysis using SQL and Python to drive product decisions.We require exceptional communication and influencing skills across audiences ranging from C-suite leaders to technical engineers and data scientists.We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.We require technical skills in SQL, Python, Snowflake or Databricks, and Tableau or Power BI.We require familiarity with Agile/Scrum, MLOps, Data Governance, and Metadata Management frameworks.We require experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and data modeling. Responsibilities: We will lead product strategy and execution for AI data products as a founding architect of our modern data ecosystem.We will transform raw data into a strategic asset that supports our Global Client Groups across Sales, Marketing, and Digital Experience.We will work within our Data Enablement team to define, build, and evolve data platform capabilities.We will collaborate with technical engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to translate needs into product priorities.We will use SQL and Python to profile and analyze data and inform product decisions.We will support the design of data tools, frameworks, and integrations across our ecosystem.We will influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to align on product direction and outcomes.We will contribute to governance, metadata management, and scalable data architecture practices.
