We are supporting a large, well-established business in hiring a Customer Insight Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role with real commercial impact, working with rich customer-level data to drive insight across multiple areas of the business. We offer a varied role with genuine commercial impact, exposure to a modern data stack, a collaborative team environment, and hybrid working — 1-2 days per week in Birmingham City Centre. The salary is up to £50,000 with an additional bonus of up to 20%.
