What You Can Expect:
• Customer & Overseas Co-ordination. • Arranging bookings from carriers / overseas agent • Job opening in RA1 • Container / shipment tracking • Handling escalations • Shipment follow up till delivery as per our scope of work and timely update to customer • Timely releasing of DO and sharing DSR as per customer’s requirement • Timely invoicing. • Job closing in RA1. • MIS closing with accounts on monthly basis
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. • 6-8 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations. • Strong knowledge of ocean operations and shipment lifecycle.
