What's in Store We are on the lookout for a Training Specialist who will be responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of our independent contractors and staff. As the Training Specialist, you will assist with new hire orientation, continued development, and provide education and support to both field personnel and internal staff. The Training Specialist will track the progress of individuals through offered programs to ensure all business goals and objectives are achieved. This dynamic, high-visibility role will provide support to various departments by means of video calls, phone calls and email. This individual must maintain strong industry knowledge and keep pace with changes in program material, department processes and goals. Provide orientation and education to new field and internal personnel through courses, educational videos, and one-on-one sessions as needed Monitor training operations to identify opportunities to expand service offerings and/or improve processes via identification of best practices Regularly report progress against established goals. Adjust goals and communicate new goals as circumstances require Coach and mentor field personnel and internal staff Provide feedback regarding training material to Training Manager Assist in developing and maintaining training material Ensure the onboarding and training of new field representatives and internal personnel in a timely manner Maintain strong communications with the other departments This is a full-time, remote position.
