Imaging Management Assistant; 1.0FTE; Day Shift
Job Description: Shift: Monday - Friday hours between 7AM -5PM
The Imaging Management Assistant is responsible for image management duties (release of images/reports, importing images, PACs QA and clean-up, etc.), patient customer service (in-person and via phone), and supporting the Medical Imaging department initiatives of safety and regulatory compliance. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent Experience:
• Experience with medical information systems and processes Other: • Knowledge of anatomy to identify images and procedures • Understanding of medical terminology • Effective interpersonal skills to ensure a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction • Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
