Outpatient Pharmacist; 0.5FTE; Day/PM Shift
Job Description: Shift: Monday-Friday: Hours between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM with rotating weekends (8:45 AM - 4:45 PM) and holidays
The Outpatient Pharmacist at Meriter will perform clinical and distributive tasks to ensure safe and efficient filling of patients’ prescriptions, smooth functioning of the Outpatient Pharmacy, and patient understanding of their medications. The pharmacist will perform additional clinical tasks to encourage the health and wellness of their patients and prevent/resolve suboptimal medication usage

Education: • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Experience: • 1-3 years of experience as a retail pharmacist
Certification/License: • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin • Certification for vaccine administration within 1 year of hire
