About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Early Years practitioner who will:
Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumHelp create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where young children feel safe, valued and inspired to learnSupport children’s learning and development through play-based activities, both indoors and outdoorsProvide emotional support and care, helping children to develop confidence, independence and positive relationshipsWork closely with the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learningContribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery provisionBuild strong, positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues
About You
The successful candidate will:
Be an enthusiastic, caring and reflective Early Years practitionerHave a good understanding of child development and how young children learnBe well organised and able to work effectively as part of a teamBe proactive, motivated and committed to high-quality Early Years practiceBe able to nurture and support children through a child-centred approachBe fully committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every childSupport and uphold the school’s Christian ethos
