Job summary Working with the Procurement and Contracts Team, you'll provide vital support that helps contracts, supplier relationships and procurement processes run smoothly and effectively. This role plays an important part in ensuring services have the agreements, records and information they need to operate efficiently. You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, helping to maintain accurate records, coordinate meetings and support key administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organising information, working with a range of people and developing their administration skills in a supportive team. Main duties of the job What you'll do:
Support the administration of contracts and procurement processes Arrange meetings, take notes and produce accurate minutes and action logs Maintain contract records, databases and electronic filing systems Act as a first point of contact for enquiries from colleagues and external providers Help keep supplier and contract information accurate and up to date What we're looking for: Experience of working in an office or administrative environment, or transferable administration skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail Confidence communicating with a range of people while handling information appropriately Ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to excellent customer service and CHCP values We welcome applications from people with different backgrounds, experiences and career paths, and we value the ideas, perspectives and contributions that help create an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Qualifications Essential
NVQ 2 within business administration or customer services or equivalent skills and experience or willing to work towards Word processing to RSA 2 standard, or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
