Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Brain Injury Team as a Band 3 Administrator.
The Community Brain Injury Team (CBIT) is a non-mental health service seeking to address the physical, emotional and social consequences of adults affected by brain injury.
This is key role within the service, providing a flexible and comprehensive admin provision to enable us to deliver the best possible service user experience we can.
You will join an established team of clinical staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.
This role is based at the office in Disablement Services Centre and is for 3 days per week.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be the go to person for queries relating to the Community Brain Injury Team. The job holder will manage practical issues in Medway, taking responsibility for the correct safekeeping of keys and CBIT equipment. The post holder will be expected to organise work for self and have front-line contact with service users, carers and the general public or other external stakeholders, as well as internal colleagues. Telephoning service users and carers, typing and preparation of correspondence, customer service, organisation e.g. maintenance of effective and efficient working systems.

GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

o Educated to NVQ level 3 / RSA3 or equivalent

Previous paid employment or administrative/office work for minimum of 3 years
