Role: Store Operator – 8-month Fixed Term Location: Waharoa GrainCorp Feeds is a national animal feed business, based in Hamilton NZ, dealing directly with corporate and farming customers across New Zealand. GrainCorp Feeds offers a comprehensive range of high-quality liquid and dry dairy and calf feeds suitable for a variety of feeding systems and developed to improve on-farm production, reproduction, performance and profitability. Based at our Waharoa site, we are seeking a Store Operator on an 8-month fixed term contract to join our small, but close-knit team. This is a full-time position where your core hours of work will be between 6am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. During August through to February we work extended hours to support our customers. These hours are rostered - flexibility with working hours is a requirement during this period. Responsibilities in this role include: Bagging and pallet stacking Moving / loading palletised stock About your experience The successful candidate will hold a current forklift licence with F and W endorsement and experience working in a warehousing / logistics role. Good communication skills, ability to follow direction, work collaboratively and autonomously is also required. You should be capable of lifting up to 20kg in weight and have a solid understanding of safety standards.
