About this role

Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Act as a strategic partner to factory GM &amp; leadership teams, aligning PCC strategies with operational goals.</li><li>Oversee recruitment strategy, ensuring efficient staffing to meet production demands.</li><li>Review and align the performance management system that aligns with organizational goals.</li><li>Manage competitive pay structures, incentives, and benefits programs tailored to each market.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies; conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Reinforce positive work culture by fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns promptly.</li><li>Serve as the regional point of contact for group people &amp; transformation initiatives, adapts global-led programs (e.g. leadership &amp; talent development, employee survey, change &amp; transformation project etc.) to plant contexts, and ensure their effective implementation.</li><li>Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization within the plant's PCC scope to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness; drive the execution of improvement initiatives and rigorously monitor performance outcome.</li><li>Establishes mechanisms for sharing best practices between the two plants, coordinates dynamic allocation of manpower, training, and other resources within the region, and achieves synergy and enhanced performance.</li><li>Evaluate, coach &amp; develop plant PCC Managers on a regular basis and enhance the professional capability of local PCC teams.</li><li>Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.</li></ul> Job Requirements <span> </span>Competencies &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Superior in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Able to effectively lead and develop result-oriented teams, give timely and actionable feedback to direct reports and mentor, coach and motivate individuals.</li><li>Superior analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills to assess complex situations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with colleagues at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus.</li><li>Profound knowledge of labor laws and regulations of China and Thailand.</li><li>Knowledge of staffing, compensation and talent management best practices.</li><li>Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics.</li><li>Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment.</li><li>Able to work independently as well as part of a team with a pro-active, self-motivated and responsible manner.</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Excellent Computer skills in MS Office.</li></ul><strong><br></strong>Education &amp; Work Experience:<ul><li>University degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.</li><li>Minimum 12 years of work experiences in HR, preferably with a strong background in manufacturing plant-based setting. </li><li>Minimum 8 years of leadership experiences, preferably in a multi-national environment.</li></ul>
