This role is suited to a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and helping shape an efficient and positive hiring process. You will contribute to attracting the right talent for a fast-paced hospitality setting while supporting the broader recruitment strategy of the business.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Recruitment Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plansWrite and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company’s websiteUtilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidatesConduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and assist in conducting interviews as neededMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and managementCoordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirementsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processEnsure all recruitment activities comply with company policiesGenerate and analyze recruitment reportsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a role such as Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, HR Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, or a similar recruitment roleExperience recruiting for both operational and professional positions, while handling multiple vacancies simultaneously and meeting recruitment timelinesStrong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channelsExperience conducting resume screening, candidate assessments, and reference checks as part of the recruitment processFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Oracle, Greenhouse, or similar recruitment platformsFluent in written and spoken EnglishHospitality recruitment experience, especially for luxury hotels, resorts, or international hotel brands, is a plusIn-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting through onboarding, with experience developing effective hiring strategies, is a plusExperience partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and conducting candidate interviews is a plusExperience negotiating offers with candidates is a plusExperience in mass recruitment is a plus
