About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across the entire organization, covering content, sales, operations, coaching/advisory, and additional verticals as the company scales.
This is a foundational hire. There is no existing recruiting function or team in place, so you will be building the process from the ground up while running the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, working closely with department heads.
Schedule
Full-time, remote. Working hours are aligned to PST business hours.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments at the same timeBuild the recruiting function from scratch: intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reportingSource proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles instead of reacting to reqsScreen candidates and run first-round interviewsCoordinate interviews and keep hiring managers movingManage offer conversations through closePartner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities
Requirements
Proven track record as a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter who has built and run a full-cycle recruiting function independently, not only operated inside an existing oneExperience recruiting across multiple functions and departments simultaneously, not a single specialtyStrong sourcing instincts and the ability to build pipelines proactivelyComfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed teamAvailability to work PST hoursStrong written and verbal English
