We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving video editor to join our client's DTC brand. You'll edit AI-generated video ads from daily scripts provided by the founder. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role – we test fast, iterate faster, and only care about what converts. You'll have full access to AI tools to supercharge your workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Edit 5–15 video ads daily based on founder-provided briefs and scriptsUse AI-powered editing/creative tools to speed up productionOptimize video flow, hooks, cadence, and pacing for paid social (Meta/TikTok)Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordinglyDeliver polished, on-brand assets within tight turnaround timesRequirements
Proven experience editing for DTC brands (paid social / direct response)Daily hands-on experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, Opus, Pictory, or similar)Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing qualityStrong understanding of ad metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and what drives conversionSelf-motivated, receptive to daily feedback, and fully committed (no other full-time jobs)Benefits
