Role overview
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team. You'll research target companies, make first contact, and book qualified appointments. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers that fit the target profileReach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversationsQualify leads and book appointments for the sales teamKeep the CRM updated with notes and next stepsTrack outreach activity against weekly targetsWhat you'll need
Experience in lead generation, telesales or outbound outreachConfident, professional spoken and written EnglishFamiliarity with CRM and LinkedIn researchA reliable laptop, headset and stable internetSelf-motivation and consistencyWhat's on offer
