About this role
We’re looking for an Internal Investigations Manager to join our team and take the lead on fraud investigations across our business. You’ll run investigations end to end — from gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to analysing what happened and presenting your findings. You’ll also look beyond individual cases to spot patterns, uncover control gaps, and help make our processes stronger. If you’re naturally curious, highly objective, comfortable handling sensitive information, and not afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions — we’d love to hear from you. Manage end-to-end fraud investigations across countries, ensuring timely closure Gather, preserve, and document digital and operational evidence in line with chain-of-custody best practices Conduct structured interviews (in-person or video) with whistleblowers, witnesses, and internal stakeholders Prepare clear, well-structured investigation reports and case summaries for internal stakeholders Identify control gaps or process weaknesses through investigations and recommend remediation actions Identify systemic fraud patterns and conduct root cause analysis on recurring case types, translating findings into actionable recommendation Monitor implementation of controls across business units Participate in cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing sessions Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of investigation procedures, templates, and methodologies — including responsible use of AI for efficiency
