About this role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data and AI to lead strategic data, analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives that improve operational performance, accelerate insight delivery, and enable scalable, governed data solutions across the organization. Lead cross-functional data and AI initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering with business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders. Define and manage roadmaps for analytics modernization, data products, AI enablement, reporting automation, and enterprise data governance. Oversee delivery of high-quality datasets, dashboards, models, and AI-enabled solutions that support business decision-making and client outcomes. Guide teams in data analysis, requirements definition, solution design, data quality management, and adoption of modern data platform capabilities. Manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and team performance while promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
