We are looking for enthusiastic, hands-on team players to join our Cosmetic Repair team at Carma. No professional workshop experience required - we will provide full on-the-job training! Learn professional alloy wheel restoration from repairing, sanding, and edging alloy rims Master paint and interior touch-ups like fixing minor scratches, chips, and trim damage Work in a modern, clean workshop environment alongside an experienced, supportive team Learn our repair techniques to make sure all cars look amazing - and bring your own repair methods to the team - we’re open to ideas! Be open to learning new processes and ways of completing repairs - the team will have you up-skilled in no time.
