£15.00 per hour, 39-hour contract.
Working hours – Shifts will be any 5 from 7 between the hours of 04:30-23:00.
We are seeking an individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to enforce allocated car parking activities across Sizewell ACA, Northern and Southern Park and Ride sites (Darsham, Wickham Market), as well as within designated local community locations.
The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, engaging positively with local residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to address parking concerns, support compliance, and minimise disruption. Through professional conduct and effective communication, you will ensure that SPS and SZC are represented in a positive, responsible, and community-minded manner at all times.

Summary of role & main responsibilities
Carry out validation checks of parking permits in line with the expected levels set out by the SZC Parking ManagerChampion behavioural safety, challenging at-risk behaviours and promoting positive safety conversationsMonitor vehicle compliance with car park rules, permits, and parking guidelinesMonitor the occurrence of fly parking in surrounding towns and villages by completing daily patrols and escalating any issuesCarry out vehicle counts and daily patrolsComplete incident reporting and follow correct procedures accurately and on timeBuild positive relationships with local residents and community stakeholdersDeliver outstanding customer service and act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and customersCommunicate operational issues, road incidents, closures, and service disruptions to the Operations Team
