As part of an ambitious growth agenda, Active Prospects is seeking a Chief Finance and Growth Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this newly created role has been designed to strengthen executive leadership capacity and ensure that financial strategy, growth, investment and business planning are fully aligned with the organisation's long-term ambitions. The Role The Chief Finance and Growth Officer will provide strategic leadership across finance, business planning, financial modelling, treasury, business development, property investment and digital services. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Board and senior leadership team to ensure the organisation remains financially resilient while pursuing sustainable growth opportunities that enhance impact for the people it supports. The role oversees a broad portfolio, including finance, business development, the housing subsidiary, digital transformation and investment planning. You will lead long-term financial strategy, borrowing and treasury management, support the organisation's ambitions to expand its housing offer and help shape opportunities for future growth.

A recognised professional accountancy qualificationSignificant experience leading finance within a complex organisationStrong treasury, investment and long-term financial planning expertiseExperience of business planning, financial modelling and strategic decision makingCommercial awareness and the ability to evaluate growth opportunitiesStrong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skillsThe confidence to provide challenge, identify risk and support innovationA collaborative and values-led approach to leadershipExperience within social care, housing, health, charities or other regulated environments would be welcomed.
