About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing letting agency based in Altrincham, operating across the wider North West. As they scale their portfolio, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join the team. For the right applicant, there is a genuine opportunity to progress within the business as they continue to grow.
The Role
This is a full end-to-end lettings role. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, booking and conducting viewings, qualifying applicants, and getting deals over the line. Once a tenancy is agreed, you will hand over to their tenancy progression team.
In addition to lettings, you will carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outs across their managed portfolio.
Please note: This role involves a significant amount of driving to appointments across the North West on a daily basis using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed at the standard HMRC rate. A full UK driving licence is essential.
This role includes working every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu during the week.
Your day-to-day will include:
Handling inbound and outbound enquiries and booking viewingsConducting viewings across the North WestQualifying applicants and managing the application processNegotiating and agreeing tenanciesCarrying out property inspections, inventories, check-ins, and check-outsMaintaining accurate records across our client’s property management systemLiaising with landlords and applicants professionally throughout What They’re Looking For
Essential:

Previous lettings or property experienceExperience in a target-driven sales or customer facing role with a genuine interest in property and the rental market Please note: our client is open to candidates without lettings experience, but they are looking for people with a real interest in property - not just any sales background.
