Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a responsive and supportive serviceSupporting employee relations processes, contributing to fair, transparent, and timely outcomesDelivering high-quality HR administration, including contracts, onboarding and payroll changesMaintaining accurate HR data to support insight-driven decision making and complianceSupporting modernised recruitment and onboarding processes, enhancing candidate experienceContributing to initiatives that promote engagement, wellbeing and a positive workplace culture About You
We are looking for a motivated and organised HR professional who is committed to delivering excellent service and supporting a positive workplace culture.
You will bring:
Experience gained in an HR administrative or HR support roleKnowledge of HR processes, employment law and good practiceStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA collaborative approach, with a focus on building positive working relationships You will also demonstrate a commitment to:

The role is based at Uxbridge with travel to other college campuses as required.
