Leasing & Occupancy Coordinator Resident Services | Leasing Operations | Career GrowthWe're seeking a Leasing & Occupancy Coordinator to support leasing activities, resident services, and occupancy management across a growing housing portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with residents, maintaining accurate records, and playing a key role in keeping property operations running smoothly.This position combines leasing, customer service, compliance support, and administrative responsibilities, offering exposure to a variety of functions and opportunities for growth.What You'll Do

• Process applications and support move-ins and move-outs • Maintain tenant files, waitlists, and occupancy records • Assist residents with questions, concerns, and service requests • Complete recertifications and ensure resident records remain accurate and compliant • Support rent collection activities and maintain resident account information • Prepare leasing and occupancy reports • Assist with lease-up projects, file audits, and data cleanup initiatives • Provide coverage and support across multiple communities as needed • Train and assist new team members • Partner with site teams to ensure a positive resident experience What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills • Experience in leasing, occupancy, housing, property administration, or resident services • Strong data entry and recordkeeping abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities • High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience (HUD, LIHTC, FHA) • Yardi experience • Previous leasing or occupancy experience • Leadership or training experience • Associate's degree preferred Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
