• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries • Process invoices accurately in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Review invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation • Assist with invoice backlog cleanup and process improvements • Support AP reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments • Maintain organized records for reporting and audit purposes • Contribute to ongoing improvements within the Accounts Payable function What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience • Experience processing invoices and supporting AP functions • ERP experience required; D365 is a plus • Strong Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Us?

• Fully onsite position at company headquarters • Standard schedule of approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility • Team-oriented culture focused on collaboration and customer service • Hands-on training and support from experienced team members Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Newberg, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.60/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
