About this role

Job Title: Territory Sales Representative Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity involves working with a new delivery program launching in the Salt Lake City area. As an ADE, you will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborating with a Field Manager and local contractors, you will engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify applicants, facilitate the application process, drive community referrals, and coordinate recruitment events. The role includes travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission potential for successful partner conversions.Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 90-minute driving distance). • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. • Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce. • Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. • Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service. • Experience in outside/field sales, particularly door knocking/territory sales. • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce being preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Locals to the area are highly preferred. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Experience in field sales is a plus. • Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is advantageous. • Professionalism, enthusiasm for collaboration, and a strong sense of urgency. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technologies. • Ability to travel up to a 4-hour round trip distance daily. Work EnvironmentThe role involves being in the field 3-4 times a week, with the option to work from home when not in the field. The position is based in Salt Lake City, UT. Adequate travel compensation is provided, and uncapped commission opportunities are available. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
