Contract Analyst Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst to support contract management activities for the Rebar and Services Group. This role is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, redlining, and administering construction-related contracts while minimizing contractual risk and protecting company assets. The Contract Analyst will work closely with Sales, Legal, Risk Management, and customers to ensure contract terms are fair, commercially reasonable, and compliant with company policies.This position has designated regional responsibilities and authority to review and approve contracts up to $1 million. Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, redline, and negotiate commercial and construction-related contracts from initial review through final execution. • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers regarding contract terms, conditions, and risk-related provisions. • Evaluate contractual language and identify areas of risk, recommending appropriate revisions to protect company interests. • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Risk Management, and Legal teams to resolve contract concerns and obtain approvals for exceptions. • Negotiate fair and reasonable contract terms while maintaining positive customer relationships. • Review and verify customer credit approvals for projects exceeding $100,000. • Execute contracts with delegated signature authority for agreements up to $1 million. • Maintain accurate contract documentation and update Salesforce records, including contracts, insurance certificates, bonds, and compliance-related documentation. • Coordinate payment, performance, and supply bonds as required by contractual obligations. • Request and review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with contract requirements. • Assist Risk Management with annual insurance reviews and semi-annual bond reviews to identify completed projects and outstanding obligations. • Partner with internal stakeholders across assigned regions to support contracting activities and ensure timely project execution. • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Required Experience

• 5+ years of contract administration, contract review, or contract negotiation experience. • Experience reviewing and negotiating construction-related contracts. • Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, risk mitigation strategies, insurance requirements, and bonding requirements. • Experience collaborating with Sales teams and cross-functional business partners during contract negotiations. • Experience within the construction, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial industries. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field. • Experience supporting regional or multi-state contract operations. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other contract management systems. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
