Store Manager (Br)
Job Description: Plans, manages, and directs retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods, financials, and personnel.As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

Job Qualifications: Three years of retail management experience within last five years.
Or
Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years.
Major Duties: Oversees the operations of a retail branch store. Establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Challenges: Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
