Job summary Package Description: We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable Care and Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to one gentleman with autism. This role is primarily focused on building a trusting relationship with him, understanding his individual needs, and helping him to live a fulfilling, independent life. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with his family. You will liaise regularly with family members, communicating effectively, sharing relevant updates, and working collaboratively to ensure a consistent, person-centred approach that meets his needs and promotes his wellbeing. While your main responsibility will be supporting this individual, you will also be expected to provide care and support to other service users within the service as required. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

No previous care experience or qualifications required. A caring nature and the right attitude are essential. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work alternating weekends are required. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
