Job summary Package Description: We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable Care and Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to one gentleman with autism. This role is primarily focused on building a trusting relationship with him, understanding his individual needs, and helping him to live a fulfilling, independent life. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with his family. You will liaise regularly with family members, communicating effectively, sharing relevant updates, and working collaboratively to ensure a consistent, person-centred approach that meets his needs and promotes his wellbeing. Qualifications Essential
No previous care experience or qualifications required. A caring nature and the right attitude are essential. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to work alternating weekends are required. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
