As a Registered Nurse within our District Nursing Team, youll deliver skilled, evidence based care to patients with complex needs in their homes, residential and other community settings. Whist working both independently and alongside a multi-disciplinary team, youll assess, plan, and implement personalised care, that supports independence and helps prevent avoidable hospital admissions.

Qualifications Essential
Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience Essential
Relevant nursing experience. Understanding of teamwork. Management of resources: physical and financial. Insight into community nursing.
